How it works:

ZSM Agent – Small program which runs on computer workstation or server. (Windows XP/2000 or higher)
ZSM Server – A web site server which collects system information from remote systems.


1) Install ZSM Agent client software on your workstations or servers and configure options such as which services and IP devices* to monitor.
2) The ZSM Agent continually monitors your computer services and network information which is then transmitted along with a heartbeat signal to the ZSM Server.
3) The ZSM Server processes the collected data, sending e-mail or text message alerts. A unique 3 level security login allows IT managers to end users access to the collected data.
4) The ZSM Server's easy to use web interface allows IT managers, Jr managers and users to view and report on their network systems. The web login can even be used to make changes to the remote ZSM Agent.

*Only ping responsive IP devices can be monitored.
